About Gaalooge TVET training program.
Gaalooge Agro Business Enterprise is a private agro-business enterprise that is fully registered to
operate in Somalia. We are the sole and authorized dealers of Case IH tractors and machinery in the
country. We are the leading agro business enterprise and one of our key pillars is the empowerment
and training of farming communities and youth empowerment on agriculture and Agri mechanization,
where TVET is part and parcel.
As part of our CSR, we are dedicated to equipping our communities with necessary skills for the
improvement of the agricultural sector. Gaalooge has the experience of offering GAP trainings and
TVET based agri-mechanization training with support from our partners Case IH and CNH sustainability
team.
The training program is widely recognized by the ministry of agriculture, Ministry of labour and social
affairs and various local and international NGOs. In 2026, we are seeking to recruit 10women and
10men who will take part in this year’s sustainability training program.
Training topics.
The training will focus more on Agri mechanization, with support courses offered to provide 360-
degree knowledge set on other agriculture and related topics. Therefore, at the end of the training,
the learner will have an opportunity to learn about;
- Introduction and deep dive to farm machinery.
- Gain in-depth knowledge about agricultural tractors.
- Learn about various tractor attachments and implements.
Learn how to operate a tractor and conduct routine services, minor repairs and
troubleshooting.
- Sustainable farm management and good agricultural practices (GAP).
Financial literacy training
Position Overview.
We are looking for skilled, qualified and experienced technical trainers, who will conduct this year’s
in Mogadishu training center. Training duration is 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the sustainability training program as per 2026 training curriculum.
- Supervise the progress of the sustainability TVET training program.
- Preparing and supervising the and conduct assessments of the trainees on time-to-time basis
to assess the delivery of the training.
- To co-ordinate smooth content delivery from other short courses training. E.g. financial literacy
training.
- Maintain accurate records of the training progress.
- To supervise students training during practical sessions and field training sessions.
