Primary purpose of the position: To provide technical and operational support to the Badbaado – Skills for Resilience and Green Economy in Somalia project, ensuring effective and inclusive delivery of green TVET training (solar, CSA, waste management), youth employment pathways, business incubation, and community engagement. Main tasks: Project Implementation & Coordination • Support planning, implementation, and follow-up of all project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager. • Assist in coordinating solar energy, climate‑smart agriculture (CSA), and waste‑management training modules with TVET centers. • Ensure smooth logistics arrangements for training, field visits, distributions, and community sessions. • Monitor progress in the field and provide timely updates to the Project Manager.
