About the Role We are seeking a strategy and project management professional with experience in project top-tier consulting or similar execution-focused roles to implement and scale Tupande's gender and youth agenda. This is not a research or policy role. It is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes in the field. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the COO. Responsibilities Lead Strategic Projects Own, design, and execute the core strategic projects for Tupande's women and youth customer segments to achieve our impact vision. Lead and execute strategic projects under a set objective to achieve Tupande's impact vision. Stakeholder management Collaborate with multiple teams (field ops, training, marketing, partnerships) on projects to ensure youth and gender strategies are delivered with excellence. Communications Support internal and external communications by preparing presentation materials on youth and gender progress for internal communications. Act as the central point of coordination for all youth and gender-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. Ensure the effective rollout and scaling of all women and youth-specific benefits, including training, marketing, and related project support. Reporting Provide comprehensive reports on gender and youth metrics to stakeholders in Tupande and the broader OAF organization. For this role specifically, you will have: You have a Bachelor's degree You have 4+ years' experience in a strategy/operations management role. Preferably, with experience in consulting in a consulting firm. You have strong project management and proven track record of delivering results. Demonstrated experience with data, financial models, and metrics-driven decision-making. Excellent stakeholder engagement. You have experience in working in complex and cross-functional environments.
