About the Role You will incorporate gender-responsive, youth-inclusive and socially inclusive approaches to the One Acre Fund Tanzania (OAFTz) program, ensuring that they address the needs and challenges of women, youth and marginalized groups. You will ensure that the social dimensions in access, awareness and equity are addressed across all activity components and at all levels throughout implementation. You will develop and implement the gender and youth strategies that ensure the inclusion of women, youth and marginalised groups in the OATz program. You will be a part of Product Innovation and will report directly to Tanzania Impact Lead. This role is based in Iringa, Tanzania and is onsite. Responsibilities Strategy Development: Lead the creation of gender, youth, and social inclusion strategies based on data analysis. Technical Support & Integration: Provide ongoing technical guidance to embed Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) principles across all program activities and teams. Capacity Building: Strengthen the ability of field teams to apply inclusive approaches in their farmer engagement. Program Design & Innovation: Ensure our products and services offerings and extension materials are attractive and accessible to women, youth, and marginalized groups. Documentation & Learning: Identify and document best practices in GYSI for organizational learning and wider sharing. For this role specifically, you will have: 5+ years of experience in a similar field. Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and related field. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides. Fluency in Swahili and English. Experience in mainstreaming gender, youth and social inclusion strategies and projects, including planning, guiding, and implementing projects. Ability to develop training materials and capacity building. Experience in program implementation.
