Purpose of the Position
The Senior Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Baano Healthcare Technology's mission and vision. This role is crucial for enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
and Duties
The Senior Marketing Officer will undertake the following responsibilities:
3.1. Strategic Marketing and Planning:

Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new market opportunities within the healthcare technology sector in Somalia and across Africa.
●
Formulate annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, resource planning, and performance metrics.
●
Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company by providing insights on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
3.2. Digital Marketing Management:
●
Lead and manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.

Develop engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media updates, press releases, and marketing collateral.
●
Oversee the design and content of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for lead generation.
●
Implement and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize reach and conversion rates.
●
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
3.3. Brand Management and Communication:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Develop and manage public relations initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and media presence.

Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote Baano Healthcare Technology and network with key stakeholders.

Prepare compelling presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
●
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of marketing objectives.
3.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and regularly track progress against these metrics.

Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future strategies.
