The role will on ashift pattern split between an early, late and night duty.Responsibilities➢ Working and supporting the taskings in the Operations Room.➢ Ensuring all communications equipment is working and in good order➢ Maintaining operations room 24/7 shift roster and be prepared to fill in for operators incase of emergency absence.➢ Ensuring the Ops Room is ready at all times to host and inform the Crisis ManagementTeam➢ Liaise with site specific operations room staff➢ Coordinate with the Security Risk Management Advisors in Mogadishu regarding anydevelopment or incidents impacting operations in SomaliaTasks1. Provide advisory servicesStaff Information & Mission Monitoring➢ Create occurrences log of the day to monitor staff presence and daily vehicle movement➢ Update the weekly EVAC list➢ Process and mo === Skills & Qualifications === Qualifications➢ BA in Social Sciences or (equivalent experience in similar roles in UN, INGO).2. Professional experience➢ 3-5 years’ professional experience, with at least 3 years’ professionalexperience in a comparable position in International Non-GovernmentalOrganisations (INGO) or Bilateral Organisations.➢ Demonstrated ability to manage and evaluate staff3.
