An established FMCG business is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead its field sales team, expand market coverage and achieve ambitious daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach and motivate field sales representatives.
Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Develop effective sales routes and assign territories.
Conduct regular market visits with the sales team.
Acquire new retailers, wholesalers and institutional customers.
Improve product distribution and visibility across the market.
Monitor customer orders, deliveries, collections and credit.
Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales-performance reports.
Identify underperforming routes and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with accounting and distribution teams.
