Key Responsibilities🛍️ Sales & Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerProvide styling advice and product recommendationsWork towards achieving daily and monthly sales targetsHandle payments accurately (cash, card or other approved methods)Maintain and update the daily sales sheet/systemEnsure end-of-day sales totals are correct and balanced 🧹 Shop MaintenanceFully responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the shopEnsure the shop floor, fitting areas and displays remain clean, tidy and presentable at all timesMaintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the working dayArrange and steam abayahs neatlyKeep the stockroom organised and orderly 📦 Stock ManagementConduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory recordsMonitor stock levels and report low stock 📱 Social Media & MarketingCreate and upload daily content on social media platformsTake high-quality photos and videos of productsRespond to customer enquiries via social mediaPromote new arrivals, offers and salesContribute creative ideas to increase engagement and sales 📸 Modelling RequirementThe role may require wearing abayahs and accessories for promotional photos and videosPresent products modestly, professionally and in line with the brand imageBe confident === Skills & Qualifications === Qualifications & ExperienceEducated to at least secondary school level (further education preferred)Competent in Microsoft Excel for updating sales sheets and basic reportingConfident using social media platforms for business purposesCreative, organised and well presentedPrevious retail or customer service experience desirable but not essential Salary & BonusStarting salary: $200 per month, inclusive of all applicable statutory labour law requirements.A performance-based bonus is available.Opportunities for career progression are available for the right candidate. --- About Hargeisa --- Hargeisa is the capital and largest city of Somaliland, serving as the region's main economic and administrative hub.
