Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, banking, telecommunications, insurance, retail, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage.

• Excellent Somali communication skills are required.
• Good English communication skills are required.
