Background
The Sales and Customer Care Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication, timely response to inquiries, and professional handling of client interactions. The role plays a key part in supporting sales activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting AMREC’s real estate products and services.
The Sales and Customer Care Officer is responsible for driving house sales, construction materials, and service offerings, while ensuring a high standard of customer care and relationship management.
The role aims to enhance AMREC’s market presence, increase revenue, and maintain long-term client satisfaction by delivering professional sales services and effective communication across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and drive the sale of residential properties, including Amal Village and other company projects, through strategic marketing, client engagement, and effective sales techniques.
- Market and sell construction materials and AMREC service offerings, ensuring clear communication of product value, specifications, and competitive advantages to clients.
- Proactively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and expanding the company’s customer base.
- Conduct professional client presentations, project briefings, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings and support informed client decision-making.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs , contributing to overall revenue growth, market expansion, and the company’s strategic objectives. Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and prospects Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and communications.
- Manage all communication channels including telephone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely information regarding AMREC properties, services, and projects.
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints are handled professionally and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including politeness, attentiveness, and a customer-first approach
- Possess a solid understanding of construction materials, specifications, and applications
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, site visits, and post-sales services.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer database and update client records regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous engagement.
- Actively support the sales team in promoting AMREC properties and services.
- Participate in client meetings, property presentations, and site visits when required.
- Assist in converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) to resolve client issues.
- Track and report recurring issues to improve service delivery.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company branding and communication standards.
- Support marketing campaigns by sharing customer insights and feedback.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Track key performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rate.
