Background
The Sales and Customer Care Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication, timely response to inquiries, and professional handling of client interactions. The role plays a key part in supporting sales activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting AMREC’s real estate products and services.
The Sales and Customer Care Officer is responsible for driving house sales, construction materials, and service offerings, while ensuring a high standard of customer care and relationship management.
The role aims to enhance AMREC’s market presence, increase revenue, and maintain long-term client satisfaction by delivering professional sales services and effective communication across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and drive the sale of residential properties, including Amal Village and other company projects, through strategic marketing, client engagement, and effective sales techniques.
Market and sell construction materials and AMREC service offerings, ensuring clear communication of product value, specifications, and competitive advantages to clients.
Proactively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and expanding the company’s customer base.
Conduct professional client presentations, project briefings, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings and support informed client decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5years experience in sales and customer service (real estate or Construction preferred)
Strong understanding of real estate sales and construction materials market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Fluency in English and Somali (additional languages are an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused mindset
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professionalism and integrity
Strong organizational and documentation skills
