Job Title: Project Manager Department: Programmes Location: Somali-Jigjiga Job Type: Full Time Duration: Until 31 December 2026, with possibility of extension Reporting to: Primary/Line reporting: Programme Manager; Overall project leadership, administration, performance management, HR matters, planning, implementation, budget, and coordination. Matrix / Functional Reporting: MEAL Manager; MEAL-related responsibilities only (data collection, data quality assurance, reporting, learning, monitoring and evaluation requirements). Main Purpose The overall job purpose of the Project Manager is to provide overall project cycle management and leadership and ensure that the Project in Somali region achieves its objectives by delivering the intended outputs of community development services through models of Self Help Groups (SHG), Cluster Level Associations (CLAs), and Social Accountability. Besides, the Project Manager will lead project activities at the Togochalle Migrant Response Center (MRC) and coordinate community level activities in all target areas. Duties & Responsibilities I. Project Management (35% time): Implement all project activities within budget, timeline and scope.
