*Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Proposal Writing: Design and draft comprehensive project proposals, concept notes, logical frameworks (LogFrames), and technical/financial proposals for donors and UN agencies.
Operations & Oversight:
Oversee and manage hospital operations, healthcare facilities, and coordinate with field medical teams to gather impact data.
Reporting: Draft accurate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and track KPIs in strict alignment with donor regulations.
