The Role
Provide timely and safe driving and courier/liaison support to field team operations as required on a pool/on-need basis. Drive authorized personnel to destinations as instructed, and support day-to-day movement of documents and materials. Maintain strict adherence to safety and convoy procedures.

- Drive project personnel and other authorized persons to assigned destinations.
- Collect, transport, and deliver documents (and other approved items) to designated locations.
- Ensure punctuality, good time-keeping, and adherence to planned travel schedules.
- Ensure vehicle safety and that required safety/security equipment is always available in the vehicle.
- Alert management immediately of any shortage or absence of safety/security equipment.
- Conduct regular radio checks and strictly follow convoy procedures.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and relevant codes of conduct.
- Monitor the vehicle’s condition and report any malfunctions/repair needs promptly.
- Facilitate vehicle repairs and assist with spare part identification/acquisition when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor the security context and provide updates and advice to field teams.
- Provide assistance to administration staff as and when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle/equipment records.
- Ensure monthly fuel reconciliations for all assigned vehicles (as applicable).
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
