Role Overview
The Head of Pharmacy will manage the strategic procurement, safe storage, precise dispensing,
and clinical utilization of pharmaceuticals throughout the hospital. You will lead the pharmacy team and serve as the core advisor on rational drug use.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control:
Oversee pharmaceutical supply chains, reduce wastage, and prevent stockouts.
Clinical Pharmacy:
Supervise clinical pharmacy services and participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain rigorous standards for controlled substances and medication safety.
Financial Oversight:
Manage the pharmacy budget and analyze cost-effective medication purchasing. Qualifications & Experience
