Shift: Shift A Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and safely according to prescriptions.
- Provide patients with appropriate medication information and counseling.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and management of medicines.
- Monitor pharmacy stock levels and support timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy policies and professional standards.
