They will promotepositive behavior, school retention, and child protection awareness among orphaned childrenMain Responsibilities Facilitate regular peer-to-peer learning sessions with child groups. Teach age-appropriate topics: hygiene, psychosocial wellbeing, emotional development, rights,positive behavior, and protection. Promote school attendance and follow up with children facing challenges. Identify vulnerable children and refer cases to the project team. Support recreational and socio-cultural activities, competitions, and learning events. Keep child attendance records and submit monthly reports. Provide mentorship, encouragement, and a safe learning environment for children. Qualifications & Experience Secondary school completion required; diploma in Education, Social Work, or related field is an addedadvantage. Experience working with children or youth groups preferred.
