Role Summary
Blue Light Company is seeking honest, customer-focused and technically capable Operators to manage ticketing and access-control activities at Mogadishu Sports Village.
The Operators will sell and verify tickets, process authorized payments, control entry through designated gates, assist visitors and maintain accurate attendance and transaction records during daily activities, football matches and public events.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate electronic and manual ticketing systems.
- Sell, issue, scan and validate tickets and entry passes.
- Control entry and exit through assigned gates.
- Verify tickets, invitations, memberships and staff access credentials.
- Process approved cash, mobile-money, card and digital payments.
- Issue receipts and accurately record all transactions.
- Reconcile tickets sold, payments received and attendance after each shift or event.
- Prevent ticket fraud, unauthorized entry and revenue leakage.
- Assist visitors with ticketing, seating, directions and access-related inquiries.
- Monitor ticket scanners, turnstiles, access-control devices and related equipment.
- Immediately report system failures, payment discrepancies, suspicious activity and access violations.
- Coordinate with security, finance, customer service and event teams.
- Maintain orderly queues and support safe crowd movement at entry points.
- Protect login credentials, customer information, ticketing equipment and company funds.
- Prepare and submit daily ticketing, attendance and incident reports.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
