Role Overview
The Clinical Nursing Manager will oversee, coordinate, and optimize all nursing operations across the hospital.
You will lead our nursing staff, ensure strict adherence to clinical safety protocols, and champion high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing teams across all wards.
Quality Assurance:
Implement patient care standards and track clinical outcomes.
Compliance:
Ensure absolute adherence to Ethiopian Ministry of Health (MoH) nursing regulations.
Training:
Design and execute continuous professional development (CPD) programs for nursing staff. Qualifications & Experience
