Job Purpose/Summary
To perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures safely and efficiently while ensuring patient safety, radiation protection, equipment optimization, proper documentation, workflow efficiency, infection prevention compliance, and excellent patient care within the imaging diagnostic center.
The MRT is also responsible for supporting efficient utilization of imaging resources, maintaining imaging quality standards, and ensuring compliance with PACS/RIS/ODOO workflows and operational procedures.

- Perform imaging examinations including X-ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound support, and other imaging procedures according to physician orders and protocols.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and imaging technique selection.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images with minimal repeat exposure.
- Verify patient identity and imaging requests before procedures.
- Ensure imaging protocols are correctly followed.
- Support contrast-enhanced imaging procedures when required.
- Ensure timely completion of imaging examinations.
- Achieve modality-specific productivity targets.
- Ensure imaging examinations are completed within established turnaround standards.
- Minimize patient waiting time through efficient workflow management.
- Optimize appointment slot utilization and examination throughput.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures and provide patient instructions.
- Monitor patient condition during procedures.
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and comfort.

- Support operational reporting and utilization monitoring.
- Ensure real-time completion of examination documentation.
- Maintain accuracy of patient demographics and examination records.
