About Smart Home Builders
Smart Home Builders designs and builds private villas, luxury houses and modern apartments for families, landlords and developers in Mogadishu and across Somalia. Every project is delivered with engineering oversight, a clear construction schedule and phase-by-phase inspection.
The role
This is a leadership role: you will own the marketing plan, lead the team, and be accountable for the company's growth targets in Mogadishu.
Responsibilities
•
Build and run annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear lead, sales and revenue targets.
•
Lead and coach the marketing team (customer service and social media, design and video), set their targets and review results weekly.
•
Run physical marketing in Mogadishu: billboards, signage, site boards, brochures, exhibitions, events and show-house visits.
•
Run digital marketing: social media, paid ads, WhatsApp campaigns, email, website and search.
•
Build partnerships with real estate agents, landlords, developers and community networks.
•
Track the cost per lead, conversion and return on every campaign, and report monthly to management.
•
Protect and grow the brand's reputation.
