Role Overview
The Head of Laboratory will lead the diagnostic laboratory team to ensure fast, accurate, and highly reliable test results.
You will manage laboratory infrastructure, drive quality control protocols, and introduce modern diagnostic methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Direct daily activities in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology. Quality Management: Maintain strict internal Quality Control (QC) and External Quality Assessment (EQA) standards.
Equipment Care:
Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and validation of sophisticated laboratory equipment.
Safety & Biosafety:
Enforce rigorous laboratory bio-risk and waste management protocols. Qualifications & Experience
