Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise kindergarten teachers and support staff.
- Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate learning programs and activities.
- Monitor childrenās development, safety, and well-being.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Organize school events, meetings, and staff development activities.
- Ensure classrooms and facilities are safe, clean, and child-friendly.
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records.
- Support curriculum planning and classroom observation.
