The purpose of the Final Evaluation (FE) of the Empower project is to comprehensively assess the project's performance ensuring accountability to the donors and stakeholders, especially the European Commission. This Final Evaluation will provide credible and reliable findings to support evidence-based decision-making for strategic planning and future interventions Specific objectives of the Final evaluation Assess the performance of the Empower YOU project in meeting its intended objectives. Evaluate the project's impact. Examine the integration of cross cutting issues into project implementation. Document success stories, lessons learned, best practices, and challenges encountered.
