Ugub Solutions is seeking experienced interpreters for various language combinations. We are looking for individuals who are proficient in the following language pairs:
• Somali Maay to English and English to Somali Maay
• Arabic to Somali and Somali to Arabic
• French to Somali and Somali to French
• Mandarin to Somali and Somali to Mandarin
• Turkish to Somali and Somali to Turkish
As an interpreter at Ugub Solutions, you will play a crucial role in bridging language barriers for our esteemed clients, including Care International, FBA Sweden, and many others. You will be involved in high-level meetings, conferences, and other events, providing simultaneous interpretation and ensuring clear communication between parties.
Responsibilities:
• Provide simultaneous interpretation for live events, conferences, and high-level meetings.
• Ensure accurate and clear communication between parties.
• Work with conference management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• Fluency in the specified language pairs.
• Experience in simultaneous interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Based in Mogadishu or willing to relocate.
Additional Information:
• This position is contract-based and work will be assigned based on upcoming events and projects.
• Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and the complexity of assignments.
