TERMS OF REFERENCE Under the supervision of the Central and Southern States of Somalia and Banadir Regional Administration (CSS/BRA) UNICEF Health Manager, the Health Emergency Consultant will coordinate and support the preparedness and response of maternal and child health services in CSS/BRA. Ability to work with minimal supervision is required. Excellent report writing skills are required. Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) are required. Strong data analytical skills are essential. Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergencies is considered an asset. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
