Primary purpose of the position: To fully lead and technically oversee the Badbaado â Skills for Resilience and Green Economy in Somalia project, ensuring highâquality technical implementation in renewable energy, climate-smart agriculture, waste management, financial inclusion, and green TVET system strengthening. Main tasks: Project Management & Coordination ⢠Lead full project cycle management: planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting (external & internal). ⢠Ensure technical and financial quality in line with FCA and MFA Finland) requirements. ⢠Oversee monitoring activities jointly with MEAL team, ensuring evidence-based adaptation.
