Primary purpose of the position: To fully lead and technically oversee the Badbaado – Skills for Resilience and Green Economy in Somalia project, ensuring high‑quality technical implementation in renewable energy, climate-smart agriculture, waste management, financial inclusion, and green TVET system strengthening. Main tasks: Project Management & Coordination • Lead full project cycle management: planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting (external & internal). • Ensure technical and financial quality in line with FCA and MFA Finland) requirements. • Oversee monitoring activities jointly with MEAL team, ensuring evidence-based adaptation.
