The lecturer should possess strong experience in graphic design, branding, digital media, visual communication, and industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven teaching or training experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in camera operation, photography, videography, and digital content creation, with the ability to effectively teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical skills.
- Strong knowledge of professional camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, and video cameras).
- Skills in planning, creating, and producing digital content for social media and corporate communications. Ability to teach learners practical camera handling, lighting, composition, video recording, and content creation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide students in creative projects.
