About the Role As the Input Delivery Data Senior Supervisor, you will improve inventory data accuracy across nine countries by ensuring warehouse records align with accounting books. You'll support country teams through technical guidance, quality checks, and data analysis to ensure and accurate transaction posting. This hybrid role, based in Kenya or Rwanda, is part of the SAP inventory data team and reports directly to the Inventory Data Co-Ordinator. Responsibilities Coordinate inventory counts and reconciliations by ensuring data accuracy and SOPs compliance through count sheet QC, variance reporting, and supporting warehouse teams with root cause analysis. Manage quality control of Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPOs) to ensure accurate booking against the correct Purchase Orders to facilitate supplier payments and efficient PO (Purchase Order) closure. Support country teams in resolving WMS(Warehouse Management System) and SAP issues to enable on time transaction posting within required SLAs. Champion for system usage by ensuring team members are well trained on the usage of SAP & WMS. Conduct regular QC reviews on all inventory transactions in line with SOPs to maintain data integrity. Follow up on failed transactions, guide teams in resolving issues, and drive corrective actions to address recurring errors through root cause analysis and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with country teams to reduce shrinkage linked to data inaccuracies and ensure KPI targets are met. Collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies and enhance accurate stock reporting , and with purchasers to ensure accurate PO closure. For this role specifically, you will have: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or any related field. At least 2 years of practical experience in data analytics, supply chain, or logistics operations within a data-driven environment. Proficient in SAP , Warehouse Management System, or comparable ERP systems, able to guide users, optimize workflows, and ensure data is correctly captured and maintained. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and able to perform advanced data analysis for decision-making. Experience in analyzing data, detecting inconsistencies, and ensuring accurate reporting. Experience collaborating across multicultural teams to achieve shared goals. Succeed in a structured environment and be comfortable managing routine tasks. Fluency in English is required.
