MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and professionally assisting clients, visitors, and guests.
- Receiving and directing incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Responding to general inquiries and providing appropriate information.
- Managing visitors and maintaining an accurate reception and visitor logbook.
- Receiving, organizing, recording, and distributing incoming documents and correspondence.
- Assisting with appointments, meetings, and general office coordination.
- Maintaining a professional, clean, and organized reception area.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to management and office staff.
- Receiving and directing clients to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Monitoring and responding to official communication channels when assigned.
- Assisting in maintaining company records and office documentation.
- Handling company information, documents, and communications with confidentiality.
- Representing Malabsan Construction Company professionally at all times.
