About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of high-quality English instruction
: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons to students at various proficiency levels, focusing on improving their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Assessment and evaluation:
Develop and administer assessments to monitor and evaluate students' progress in English proficiency. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their learning objectives.
- Classroom management:
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere.
- Student support:
Offer individualized support to students, identifying areas where they may need additional assistance and providing extra tutoring or guidance as needed.
- Professional development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and developments in English language teaching. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Program promotion:
Assist in promoting the English Language Improvement Program within the university and the broader community, encouraging enrollment and participation.
- Administrative duties:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data. Prepare and submit reports as required by the program coordinator or faculty administration.
