We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Creator to promote our multi-service ecommerce platform, available through mobile app and website.
The platform offers restaurant food delivery, grocery delivery, P2P marketplace, and on-demand services. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content, managing marketing campaigns, and producing clear instructional materials to help users understand and use the platform easily. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive app installs, and grow active users and engagement across all services. Key Responsibilities App Promotion (Digital Marketing) • Promote the mobile app across digital platforms
- Run and manage campaigns on: o Google Ads o Facebook Ads o Instagram o TikTok
- Increase app installs and active users
- Create and manage promotional campaigns and offers Content Creation
- Create engaging content (videos, posts, reels) to promote the app
- Design marketing creatives (images, banners, short videos)
- Showcase app features (ordering, delivery, selling)
- Create trending and viral-style social media content
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software App Instruction & User Education
- Create “how-to-use” content for the app
