Mogadishu-based Windle International Somalia (WISOM) is looking to fill the role of Cook. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the Cleaner/cooker field. Duty Station: MogadishuDuration of Contract: 7 MonthsClosing Date: Tuesday, 14th April 2026 The Cook will be responsible for the following:Prepare and cook meals in accordance with approved menus andschedulesEnsure meals are nutritious, well-presented, and served on timeMaintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchenat all timesClean and properly store kitchen utensils, equipment, andappliancesEnsure food is stored safely and appropriately to avoid spoilage orcontamination .Assist with menu planning and food preparation as requiredMonitor food supplies and inform the supervisor of items that needreplenishmentMinimize food waste and ensure cost-effective use of ingredientsFollow health, safety, and food handling regulationsPerform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor === Skills & Qualifications === QualificationsMinimum of [1–3] years’ experience working as a cook.
