The Danish Refugee Council based in Uganda seeks proposals from a consultant to provide technical assistance, develop practical tools and methodologies, support institutional and community capacities with the aim of providing targeted landlords with certificates of customary ownerships (CCOs) and tenants with valid lease agreements.
