Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction and Consulting Manager to develop and implement strategic construction plans, drive business growth, and ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

§  Develop and execute construction strategies aligned with business objectives.

§  Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects and being capable to solve problems and overcome challenges.

§  Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

§  Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget requirements.

§  Collaborate with executive leadership to shape business direction.

§   Having capacity to lead design and build construction companies.

Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources.

§  Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

§  Professional certifications (PMP)

§  Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management and consulting, with 7+ years at a senior level.

§  Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving business growth.

§  Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

§  Experience with construction software and technologies.
