Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science following Cambridge standards.
- Teach foundational literacy and numeracy using systematic synthetic phonics and hands-on math manipulatives.
- Implement active, differentiated learning strategies to support diverse learners and English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
- Conduct continuous observational and formative assessments to track student progress and prepare learners for Cambridge Progression milestones.
- Maintain a safe, warm, and structured classroom environment focusing on positive behavior and social-emotional growth.
- Partner closely with parents to provide regular updates on student development and academic milestones.
