Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization and automation using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and system design documents for development teams.
- Perform data analysis using SQL queries and advanced Excel functions to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Design and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and gather feedback to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, data models, requirements traceability matrices, and training materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on project goals.
