Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: work Location: Aware Woreda, Legahida Woreda, BilcilBur Woreda, Degehabur Woreda, Hararey Woreda, Mubarek Woreda, Hudet Woreda, Dolo Ado, Meyumuluka WoredaQuib Woreda, Salahad Woreda, Wangey Woreda,Yahob Woreda,Yocale Woreda To make sure the right beneficiaries are identified using digital technology ( Mobile App) as per the requirements of the Global Distribution Tool (GDT) and assist the team in close coordination with crowd controllers and other teams of key actors Verification of beneficiaries as per their order of arrival in close coordination with Admitters of WVE and shurta (Crowd controller) Improving the smooth and fair implementation of food Assistance Refer beneficiaries that will not be fulfilling the verification process to litigation teams of WFP Reduce the crowds among refugees Direct and refer beneficiaries to the commodity collection center Shorten the time taken for distribution and collection of food Items Coordinate and cross check with Admitters, registration and litigation teams of WFP Improve the effectiveness and efficiency with quality of GFD program === Skills & Qualifications === KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE Required Professional Experience • Minimum 2 years and above in a similar or related positions of food assistance projects Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification • Degree /diploma in ICT with trained in digital technology such as GDT,LMMs etc Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditiON --- About Somali Regional State Of Ethiopia --- Somalia is located in the Horn of Africa and has a growing job market, particularly in the humanitarian, development, and private sectors.
