Project Overview
IHSAN DRILLING & CONTRACTING is requesting the services of a qualified architect or architectural firm to undertake the design of a G+1 Business Centre. The building footprint will be 24 x 18 meters and will be used as a business centre with offices. The design must combine functionality, modern aesthetics, and compliance with local building standards.
Scope of Work
The appointed architect will be responsible for preparing and delivering a full architectural design package and a supervision plan. The architectural plan should include a site plan, ground and first floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, and optionally, 3D exterior views. The supervisory plan should outline the site supervision schedule, construction milestones, and quality assurance mechanisms.
Deliverables
Architectural drawings should be submitted in both PDF and CAD formats. A brief design concept and rationale must be included along with a supervision timeline. All documents should be submitted no later than 20 April 2025.
Skills and qualifications
Applicant Requirements
Applicants should have prior experience in designing commercial buildings, knowledge of local construction codes, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within the set timeline. A strong design portfolio is essential.
