Role: Junior Analyst | Remote Altamont Group is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support our Executive and Consulting teams with the aim of articulating Altamont Group’s value to win new business The Junior Analyst will support the executive and project teams by conducting research, analysing data, and contributing to client deliverables. This role involves hands-on analytical and research work to help our project teams deliver insights that drive business decisions, typically focusing on data-driven/evidence-based problem-solving The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and persistent with robust research and analysis skills Areas of Responsibilities and Deliverables : Build best-in-class deliverables, including research reports, presentations, and articles Prepare a variety of documents for internal and external audiences Research market conditions specific to area of focus to determine opportunities Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support project objectives, including formulating and testing hypotheses Prepare reports, presentations, articles, graphics, videos, emails, communication docs, and other deliverables to communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams Support project teams to evaluate results, generate recommendations, and assist in client interactions or strategic planning Build and update data models, reports, and analytics tools to structure information effectively Support project teams in understanding client strategic issues and ensuring compliance with regulations or best practices where applicable Support project teams with developing deliverables as required Business Development Support Develop proposals Maintain content library and other supporting documents Develop training emails Support with social media tasks Develop collateral to update website Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner Handle day-to-day report generation, enabling the consulting and business development teams to produce results more quickly for key clients Support with other areas as required Required Skills and Experiences Bachelors (required); Masters (preferred) in business, economics, data analytics, etc. Excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) Excellent communication skills for preparing client-facing materials and collaborating in team environments Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting Willingness to learn and adapt as well as produce high quality work under tight deadlines Ability to work independently with proactive time management skills Strong organization and multi-tasking skills required, with attention to detail Flexible attitude toward receiving feedback Computer skills, including MS Office, SharePoint Proficient in western English (written and spoken) Must have your own laptop/desktop and access to a robust internet network
