Job Description Qualifications & Requirements General Responsibilities · Apply learner centric, action-oriented approach, deliver training assignments as per the curricula using competency-based training model. · Mentor and coach students during practical, theoretical sessions, in the workshop, on-site trqaining, and in industrial apprenticeship training. · Maintain a good documentation and student records. · Conduct regular assessments during the training and evaluate student grades, tests and assignments, final exams, and Prepare post training report and summary of student assessments. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress report concerning training achievements and submit them on time; · Adhere to Center specific rules and regulations of code of conduct. Somali cuisine and recipes · Participate in curriculum development related tasks. · Attend professional development opportunities and instructor training both pre-and in-services teacher trainings; · Conduct demostrations, hans-on activities, teach trade technology theories, and perform group activities and discussions to the deliver trade concepts; · Create lesson plans, develop course syllabi and course outline and select right training supporting materials; · Organize and monitor student participation in extra-curricular activities, such as visits, competitions and internships · Keep up-to-date with the latest ocuupational trends, tools, and technologies; · Promote and enforce safety standards and practices in alignment with industry regulations and vocational training guidelines; · Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training sessions to students, ensuring mastery of essential skills related to trade, operations and products; · Conduct hands-on training sessions in the lab or workshop environment, ensuring students can effectively apply learned skills in real-world scenarios; · Assist in the development of promotional materials for the training programs and assist in the recruitment of students; · Work with business and industry to develop relationships and support for the development of internship and apprenticeship programs; · Cooperate with the other team of instructors in developing the course description, program design and the process of delivering the course, with a firm insight into the course content and structure of the course; · Explore initiatives and innovations to contribute to the department and Center developemnt palns, equipment, and facilities maintenance in promoting a safe and condusive learning environment. · Contribute to Training Center’s culture that is positive, purposeful, ethical, and professional Specific Responsibilities for Entreperneurship Master Trainers Master trainers are basically required to work as lead instructors and to provide overall coordination for a team of facilitators/instructors who are working collaboratively in the department to ensure that the trainees accomplish their overall course objectives. Develop, plan, organize, maintain, and train instructors in performing effective classroom management strategies in alignment with the Center’s policies, guidelines and procedures; Develop forms for all training programs and course documents including students attendance, classes and results of student assessments. Offer occupational specific continuous improvement training programs to instructors; Design and develop instructional materials and curriculum that align with industry standards, relevant technical field and incorporate skill specif technologies together with experts as appropriate. Promote and enforce safety standards and practices in alignment with the Center, industry regulations and vocational training guidelines; Participate in seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities offered by subject experts and professionals to stay informed of industry advancements and educational best practices. Work closely with other departments, lead instructors and industry representatives to ensure training programs remain up-to-date with current technologies and practices; Identify individual instructor training needs through observations, assessments and consultations with other instructors and design comprehensive training programs that address identified gaps. Develop course materials, manuals, and other learning resources. Use diverse instructional techniques, including lectures, hands-on activities, demostrations, and group discussions and adjust training delivery to suit different learning styles and preferences; in coordination with the center manager, implement a suitable internal Verification Assessment and Quality Asurance system to meet national training requirements and ensure that the quality of training in maintained; Workshop management: Ensure management of workshop facilities, tools, equipment, training supplies, and instructional activities are in are always in good order and managed in a prefessional manner. Workload - 40 hrs per week in teaching during the academic year. More task at the discretion of the center instructor schedules will be subject to the discretion of center management. Skills and qualifications Qualifications The ideal candidates for Entrepreneurship Instructorsn should have the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurshi, Bussiness Studies, Bussiness Management or a related discipline; Advanced Diploma from a recognized institution in Entrepreneurship and Bussiness Development with 10 years of experiencies is acceptable A minimum of Seven years of professional experience in instructional training or a relevant Entrepreneurship environment; Completion of specialized instructor training courses (desired); Teaching certification or credentials in Entreprenuership skills; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using essential basic computer skills and working knowledge of vocational training and educational technology softwares; Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Experience working in the Renewable Energy industry for 5 years. Key Deliverables As an entrepreuership instructor/master trainer, you will handle instructing students in various aspects of business, entrepreneurship, finance, accounting, and management. You will teach principles, methodologies, and practices used in various business fields. Technica skills : expertise in Bussiness Idea development, SWOT-Analysis, Bussiness Coaching, Mentoring and Bitching Bussiness ideas. Experience Level 6-9 years How to Apply
