Director, Integrated Investigations

Here’s where you come in: As the Director, Integrated Investigations, you will lead a global team to deliver high-quality investigative services across World Vision’s global operations. This role sets the strategic direction for the department, ensuring streamlined, professional, and impactful investigations that align with organizational values and industry standards. The Director provides technical leadership in managing complex investigations, developing tools and systems, and ensuring consistent, impartial processes. They also focus on capacity building, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, including reporting to senior leadership and the Board. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field. 10+ years leading and conducting investigations in a large complex international organization Relevant professional designation/s and/or certifications from an internally recognized institute (e.g. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), etc.). Demonstrated experience and familiarity applying change management methodologies in designing and executing large-scale functional improvements. Experience in effectively leading a team of investigators and/or an investigative function. The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
