The Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing Project Construction Manager with a strong structural engineering or quantity surveying background to take full ownership of project delivery. This is a leadership role focused on execution. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered correctly, on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee projects from mobilization to final handover
• Lead and manage site engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and international standards
• Validate structural works and ensure alignment with design intent
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and cost control
• Enforce correct construction sequencing from structure through to finishes
• Oversee material planning, procurement, and usage on site
• Implement strict approval processes and hold points across all stages
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors

• Minimum 7 years of construction experience
• Strong leadership and site management capability
• Solid understanding of structural execution and construction sequencing
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial control of projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Eurocode, AFNOR, BS, and EN standards is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
