Introduction Pays : Djibouti La présente mission consiste à appuyer un expert international dans la réalisation d’une étude approfondie sur le secteur privé et l’écosystème entrepreneurial à Djibouti, en vue de promouvoir un secteur privé plus résilient, compétitif et inclusif. Le/la consultant(e) national(e) sera chargé(e) de contribuer activement à la collecte, à la documentation et à l’analyse des données relatives au tissu économique national, ainsi qu’à la cartographie des acteurs clés de l’écosystème entrepreneurial. Il/elle participera à l’identification des contraintes structurelles affectant le développement du secteur privé, notamment en matière de réglementation, fiscalité, financement et accès aux infrastructures. En étroite collaboration avec l’expert international, le/la consultant(e) contribuera à l’analyse des profils d’entreprises et d’entrepreneurs, à l’évaluation des mécanismes de financement existants, ainsi qu’à la formulation de recommandations opérationnelles adaptées au contexte djiboutien.
