S/he will ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of TBprevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care activities. The role requires close collaboration with the StateMinistry of Health, regional and district TBMUs, and other health partners to strengthen the health system'sresponse to TB, improve case detection, treatment adherence, and reduce loss to follow-up.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. Technical Management (TB Control)• Program Implementation: Lead the rollout of evidence-based TB interventions including active case finding(ACF), contact tracing, GeneXpert utilization, and directly observed therapy (DOT).• Capacity Building: Train and mentor TBMU staff, clinicians, lab technicians, and community health workerson National TB Guidelines, infection control, and patient-centered care.• Quality Assurance: Ensure TB diagnostic and treatment services meet national and international standards;monitor drug-resistant TB (DR-TB) management.• Integra

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience inTB or infectious disease program management.• Proven experience working with Ministries ofHealth and TB Management Units in resourcelimited settings.• Hands-on experience with PEPFAR, Global Fund,WHO, or USAID TB projects is an asset.• Demonstrated ability to manage both technicalactivities and administrative/financial tasks• Experience working in North East state• Fluency in English and Somali, both written andverbal.• In-depth knowledge of National TB guidelines, DOTSstrategy, GeneXpert, and DR-TB management.• Proficiency in MS Office, data management
