Clinical & Technical Governance: Adherence to patient safety standards, infection prevention protocols, quality assurance systems, equipment handling guidelines, and accurate documentation practices. Digital Competence: Proficiency in EMR/LIS/RIS/PACS/ERP systems (as applicable) and basic computer literacy. Professional Attributes: Strong teamwork, communication skills, ethical conduct, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to continuous professional development. Work Pattern: Full-time employment with rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as scheduled.
