ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT AND SCOPE We are seeking a dedicated and proactive MEAL Coordinator responsible for development and implementation of M&E tools and systems in our programs area in Gedo region and in Mogadishu Somalia, ensuring timeliness and quality of implementation. The position will be based in Dolow with occasional travel to programmes area Burdhuubo, Belethawa, Bardhere, Elwak and Mogadishu and will involve supporting the efficient of MEAL related work. Reporting to program quality Manager to set up and implement appropriate (M&E) systems and tools in line with donor-approved log frames in Emergency, Durable Solutions and Resilience programming, 3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Main duties & Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of MEAL workplans, indicators, and performance tracking systems across AARAN and other Lifeline Gedo programmes in line with donor and organizational requirements. 2. Work closely with the Programme Quality Manager and programme teams to establish and maintain robust MEAL systems and tools aligned with multiple project logframes, results frameworks === Skills & Qualifications === Qualifications Essential • Degree in MEAL related courses. • Proven experience in humanitarian or development programs, particularly in particularly monitoring and Evaluation for more than Five years. • Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Somali. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural settings. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software systems as required. Qualifications & Requirements
