Program Overview The Merit Advisory IT Internship is a 6-month, full-time, structured program designed to provide hands-on experience in real-world technology projects. Interns will not be observers—they will actively contribute to: Software development System implementation (ERP, Odoo-based systems) Technical support and deployment Process and tool development The program combines: Structured learning (first phase) Practical, project-based execution (second phase) Key Learning Areas Interns will gain exposure to: 1. Software Development Backend and frontend fundamentals API design and integration Debugging and system improvement 2. ERP & Systems Functional understanding of business systems Configuration and implementation support Client-based system workflows 3. DevOps & Infrastructure Server basics and deployment concepts System environments (Dev, UAT, Production) Version control (Git-based workflows) 4.
