The role is central to ensuring communityownership and smooth implementation of livelihood and child-focused activitiesMain Responsibilities Support transparent and participatory beneficiary identification and selection. Form and strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for widows and livelihood groups. Facilitate group dynamics training, mobilization sessions, and community meetings. Engage community elders, women’s committees, and local authorities for coordination. Mobilize beneficiaries for vocational/IGA trainings and peer-to-peer learning sessions. Maintain regular communication with target communities and provide updates. Help disseminate project information, selection criteria, and accountability procedures. Identify community protection concerns and refer them to relevant structures. Support sensitization on child protection, education, and women's empowerment.
