Through the provision of project management, infrastructure, procurement, and financial services, SOCO plays a critical role in supporting national priorities in health, rule of law === Skills & Qualifications === Required Secondary school (or equivalent) with 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience is required. Globally or nationally recognized professional certificates in ICT management may be considered in lieu of a degree. Desired Relevant technical or professional certifications in ICT administration, or information systems (e.g., Microsoft, network administration, or similar) would be considered an advantage. Experience Requirements Required A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in administration or office management or facilities management or ICT support including ICT user support and ICT administration or hardware installation and troubleshooting with ICT equipment inventories, is required with a secondary education. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in monitoring service delivery and maintaining administrative records is an asset. Knowledge of UN administrative procedures, asset management, and procurement practices is desirable.
